The scope of the work to be bid upon is described as follows: Demolition of the structures located at 107 Park Avenue, and 142 Park Avenue, Jane Lew, Lewis County, West Virginia. Work shall include asbestos abatement, demolition, grading sites for positive drainage, and seeding and mulching the disturbed area. Contractor is responsible for all traffic control, all necessary federal, state, and local permitting, removal of debris to a licensed landfill, coordinating for the disconnection of all utilities, and any other miscellaneous work necessary stated in the bid packet for the demolition of said structures
