Benton: CHURCH DEMOLITION AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS

The successful bidder shall be responsible for the demolition of the existing church building and removal of all resulting debris from the site. The City is considering retaining portions of the existing basement walls along the11thStreet side and adjacent to City Hall for use as retaining walls. The City will make the final determination regarding which basement walls are to remain prior to or during demolition.
