Joliet: SJSD: Water Tower/Wellhouse Demolition The project includes the demolition of both the water tower and wellhouse located on the property at 1607 Moore Ave. The Southeast Joliet SD 150,000 Gallon Elevated Tank to be demolished is a multi-legged steel tank constructed in the 1950’s or 60’s. The elevated tank is approximately 115 feet to top of tank. The elevated tank, foundation, concrete splash block and everything attached to the elevated tank are to be demolished and removed from the site. The demolished materials are to be removed and properly disposed of offsite.
