City of Aurora: Demolition of Structure at 512 N. Broadway approximately 6,500 SF single story wood and light gauge metal frame structure with slab on grade and a metal roof. Also included in the scope, disconnection of the existing water service and disconnection and plugging of the existing sanitary sewer service, as specified in the Special Provisions as well as an alternate to remove over 8,500 SF (approximately 950 SY) of concrete pavement from the site.
