Coast CCD: Golden West College – Admin, Business & Criminal Justice Demolition Project Description: The Project consists of abatement, demolition and removal of the existing 2-story Administration Building, 2-story Business Building, Load Center & Restroom Building, Building 26, Modular Buildings and the adjacent site hardscape and furnishings. The work will include multiple utility re-routing, new concrete pathways, site lighting, furniture, new trees and lawn, and upgrades to accessible parking stalls. It is anticipated that the Project will commence on June 29 , 2026 and be completed by February 15 , 2027. This is a Division of the State Architect (DSA) project. Each bidder shall be a licensed contractor pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 7028.15 and Public Contract Code Section 3300. The District requires that the bidder possess at the time of bid, and maintain throughout the duration of the Agreement, the following license classification(s): Bid Package Trade License Engineer's Estimate 01 General Contractor Class B $9,200,000
