CA Military Department: Building 1572 Hazmat Abatement & Demolition, Camp San Luis Obispo. The Contractor shall identify, abate, and properly dispose of hazardous materials, and fully demolish and remove Building 1572, including site restoration, in compliance with all applicable regulations. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Manager listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 127421, Building 1572 Hazmat Abatement & Demolition and Contractor Business Name. The Prime Contractor MUST possess a A General Engineering Contractor, a B - General Building Contractor or a C-12 - Earthwork and Paving Contractors license issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB). Prime Contractor must also possess a C-22 Asbestos Abatement Contractor license or sub-contract to a C-22 contractor for all asbestos abatement work.
