This project involves demolition of the Penn Hebron School, a two-story school building approximately 400ft x 175ft in size, located at 102 Duff Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15235. Work includes but is not limited to: building demolition and removal; disconnected utility verification; sanitary sewer service capping; site grading and restoration; erosion and sedimentation control devices; installation and maintenance of temporary fencing; and environmental remediation including the removal of approximately 5,400 L.F. of RACM pipe insulation, 32,600 S.F. of floor tiling, and other asbestos containing materials as noted in the attached survey.
