General Construction Contract $36,000.00 (Thirty-Six Thousand Dollars and No Cents) Contract work includes but is not limited to the demolition and disposal of Parrott Hall on the campus of the NYS Agricultural Experiment Station in Geneva, NY. Parrott Hall is a three story building that has been condemned and is in an unsafe structural condition and contains asbestos and lead. All work shall be done in accordance with the approved site specific variance and NY State Industrial Code Rule (ICR) 56-11.5 Controlled Demolition, with asbestos in place. Clean up and disposal of the contaminated soil is required (scraping), and the site is to be graded and restored. Salvage and decontamination of some specific pieces of the building is also part of the work.
