Demolition and asbestos abatement services for the removal/demolition of multiple flood prone structures located in Mecklenburg County, NC. The project consists a) complete clearing of specified structures and related improvements, b) asbestos abatement, c) septic tank abandonment, d) underground storage tank removal, e) well abandonment, f) removal of all impervious areas, g) miscellaneous trees/vegetation, h) erosion control, i) site grading, and j) seed/mulch as needed for various single-family residential structures located in the FEMA flood plain within Mecklenburg County. Residential structures have been identified by Mecklenburg County Flood Mitigation Services. Upon acquisition and approval of each individual property, the will provide the contractor with a site assessment report. The contractor would then be responsible for providing complete unit costs and final costs for complete removal of all items previously listed erosion control and seeding. Bids due 10/10
