.Demolition shall consist of, but not be limited to, removal of any structures up to two (2) habitable floors. Remove from each property the structure(s), driveway aprons and trees less than four inches (4") in diameter above grade and street. All large trees are to remain. Work also includes all other items incidental to the demolition of structures including, but not limited to, sheds, improvements, vehicles, boats, tires, septic tanks.
