Town of Davie: Linear Park Piers Projects. furnish all labor and tools necessary to obtain necessary building permits and demolish existing Pier’s #’s 4, 6, 8 & 11. The piers are located along the C-11 canal on Orange Drive (see site plans for details). Completely remove all Pier elements, including existing piles, deck,railings and connector ramp. Supply, deliver and install all necessary materials to construct new pier’s per the attached drawings and specifications. Contractor will leave existing piles and add four (4) new piles per attached drawings. Reference drawings attached. Bid price shall include all associated costs to complete the project including but limited to all mobilization, Maintenance of Traffic (M.O.T.), labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, fuel, overhead, profit and insurance.
