Fire Station #1 and Demolition of Existing Fire Station. Scope of Work: Approximately a 16,000 square foot, one story, four-bay fire station, to be located on the 3.76 acre property of the site of the existing station. All offsite utility main line extensions and service connections to City water and sewer, in addition to required roadway modification, have been included in the construction documents and will be constructed as part of the project. Once the new Station is complete and the certificate of occupancy issued, the existing Station No.1 operations will be moved to the new building. Once the new Station is occupied and operating the old station will be demolished and the balance of the facilities parking, driveway, site fencing and gates will be constructed. Budgeted Amount: $4,000,000.00 Bids due 01/26/12
