An asbestos assessment was completed in December 2025 (attached). Based on the assessment, asbestos abatement will be required in two areas ahead of demolition. The Old Town Garage is a 65 x 75-foot wood frame structure with 4 garage bays. The structure was constructed in 1982 and has not been modified since.
