Linn County: Demolition and removal of the former County Jail located at 104 South 4th street Mound City Kansas 66056. • The bidder should bid to remove all of the structure to include the building, the foundation, the footings, entrances (Sidewalks and driveways to the building only), air conditioning units, utilities and leveling the ground with black dirt. • The bidder would be responsible for all safety measures, including fencing barricades, cones and or signage while the project is active. • The bidder would be responsible for having utilities removed or physically removing them. • The work would need to be done between the hours of 9am and 5pm daily. • The county is willing to waive any dump fees for the disposal of material which can be dumped at the county landfill, once the material has been transported to the landfill by the bidder, or sub-contractor.
