Provo City School District - CM/GC New Elementary School The CM/GC must be capable of and willing to work closely with Provo City School District representatives and the selected architect (Core Architecture) through the demolition of existing Dixon Middle School and the design phase, providing cost estimates, schedules, and feedback on design details, phasing, and availability of materials selected. The demolition of the existing facility is approximately 160,000 square feet, and the new building is anticipated to be approximately 85,000 square feet. Coordination between the CM/GC and the Architect may begin as early as May 1, or upon execution of the contract. Construction is projected to commence in July 2026, with substantial completion targeted for June 2028. The Fixed Limit of Construction Cost (FLCC) for the CM/GC is $39,530,000.
