The City intends to award a contract for work which includes the demolition, abatement, and disposal of all demolition/hazardous materials. The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and incidentals and performing all work required to complete the contract. For the purpose of obtaining Inspection & Abatement Warrants, a minimum of 7 working days notice, prior to abatement of each property, the contractor is required to notify the project manager of the start date for said abatement.
