The location is at 1212 S. E. 4th, Lindsay, OK. The Lindsay Public Works Authority is requesting interested bidders to provide bids on two (2) options. Bidder may bid both or only one of the options. Option 1. Demolition and removal of existing concrete foundation, piers, basement walls and slabs, and scattered debris on-site. The bid should include removal of inground concrete tanks and footings. Rough grading of all disturbed areas including using soil available on-site. Option 2. Demolition and removal of existing concrete, walls, that are exposed above ground and fill existing basements. Bid should define how to fill basements and areas exposed
