[font=Verdana]Provide labor, equipment, material and supervision for an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for a broad range of maintenance, alteration & repair, demolition and minor construction projects at Department of Veterans Affairs facilities located in [/font][font=Verdana]Spokane[/font][font=Verdana], [/font][font=Verdana]Washington[/font][font=Verdana]. Task Orders will involve, but shall not be limited to: general construction; carpentry; asphalt and concrete paving; landscaping; roofing; excavation; interior renovation; carpet, window and door installation; electrical work; plumbing; welding; steam fitting; sheet metal; painting and stucco; demolition; concrete; masonry; HVAC; interior and exterior painting; carpet installation; installation of ceramic tile; installation of flooring. Individual task orders will be negotiated only after specific projects have been approved and funded. Task orders may be issued for a period of one calendar year from date of award, and the contemplated contract will contain 4 additional 1-year option periods. The guaranteed minimum is $50,000 for the entire contract period (including option years). The maximum task order limit is $25,000 with an annual limit of $200,000 and a maximum contract value of $1,000,000. No Task order shall include Architect/Engineering services; however, informal (shop) drawings, incidental to the job, reflecting the plan of action and the completed project shall be provided with each task order. NAICS Code for this procurement is 236220 with a respective size standard of $31 million. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside.
