[font=Verdana]The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment to perform the exterior renovation of [/font][font=Verdana]Cullum Hall[/font][font=Verdana], [/font][font=Verdana]United States[/font][font=Verdana] Military Academy, [/font][font=Verdana]West Point[/font][font=Verdana] [/font][font=Verdana]NY[/font][font=Verdana]. The offeror will be responsible for the historical preservation of the building while performing the renovation. This is set-aside as 8(a) competitive, restricted to the [/font][font=Verdana]New York[/font][font=Verdana] and New Jersey Districts.
