Use Temporary Staff for Skilled Trades

We have used temps in the past, just like anything else. Some were bad, some were good.

My concern with uses temporary laborer is how and if they are even trained properly and if so whoever trained them what is their experience.

Have any of you used Temporary Staffing when you need a Skilled Tradesmen?
