I am working on a bid for demo of some buildings on a couple blocks the property is all owned by one co. and they want one of the streets removed, its industrial but there are adresses on buildings and i am not sure if there are any procedures i will have to follow? and not sure about utilities underground, this is just a pre-detrmining bid for myself to see if its worth traveling 600 miles for? i am not afraid to travel but ive got to put everything into perspective, time on the road means alot more bill's. also whats the best solution for figuring debris? height x width x length=? its a third brick/block 1/3 wood 1/3 steel guestimate i am figuring the steel as debris for loads sake and recycling it! any recomondations would be great!! thank's.
