First thing you need to do is have an asbestos survey on each structure being demolished. If there isn't any abatement necessary have a crew go in there and scrap all the wires, sinks, copper piping, windows, etc.. basically anything salvage related. Then if it has alum siding take your track hoe and peel the siding off and scrap it out. Take your track hoe trash it out probably two 40 yard containers of trash wood framing, insulation and the sub-floor. After you've clean it out cut up the frame scrap it out. Make sure you have your paper work in hand like surveys, utility locates, utility disconnects and permits if necessary.

I live in Jackson, MS and I just started getting into this business.
I have a single wide and double wide mobile home I can work on to haul off all metal and
wanted to know what is the best way to break them down and recycle it all.
Also do I need permits to do this and if I don't get permits what is the danger?
How do I know if there is asbestos in a trailer?
