I have a project I am bidding on. It is a precast building with flexacore flooring.
It has free standing ( not load Bering ) 8" masonry block wall's that need to be removed by hand, no way to get equipment into building maybe a very small mini excavator witch I have TB007 . I can throw the block by hand out the 6' wide window openings into the back of my Tri axel trucks. There is approximately 17,000 square feet of block to be demolished and hauled away. Any one have a guess how many cubic yards or Tri axel truck loads of block I will have to haul away? How many man hours do you think it would take to complete?
