Welcome to the forum!

Sounds like you doing it right, start out with some small projects then moving on to larger ones. Just keep your your head straight and just run multiple numbers using different scenarios.

Hey guys just came across this site the other day, hope I can soak up some knowledge from this site. I'm trying to get started in the demo field. I have a few pieces of equipment and have done some small projects and now I am trying to bid my first a commercial job in my home town. There is a lot of varibles in the comm end so I am a little skiddish in my calculations although I dont want to shoot myself in the foot rite out of the gate. I also would like to get this job it would be good one to put under my belt.
