Port San Antonio Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking responses from qualified firms/teams to complete the demolition of 22 existing buildings at Port San Antonio.
The Scope of Work includes responding firms/teams to provide all labor, materials, equipment, vehicles and all necessary appurtenances and incidental work to complete – demolition for Buildings 53, 54, 55, 57, 68, 73, 75, 76, 78, 81, 84, 86, 87, 88, 90, 92, 93, 300, 305, 306, 307, and Kelly Strip Mall at Port San Antonio
SCOPE:
1. Complete Abatement of Hazardous Materials (Specifications Included)
2. Demolition of Existing Buildings as listed above (Structures Only)
3. Disposal of Demolished Materials and all debris
4. All demolition areas to be confined by construction fencing and screening
ALTERNATE No. 1: Demolition of Buildings 308 and 1739 (Structures Only) including abatement and disposal.
