Former Nokia Campus Building Demolition Approved

Torburn Partners has been given the go ahead to demolish the building at 1441 Shure Drive in Arlington Heights, Illinois.

Torburn Partners purchased the campus. As part of the sale, Nokia entered into a 12-year lease for the building at 1455 Shure Drive. Nokia is undergoing a $15 million renovation for the 214,000 SF building and will relocate about 1,200 employees from the other parts of the campus to the building once the project is complete.

The 1441 Shure Drive building is 105,152 SF and is located in the Nokia Siemens Networks Campus which includes 5 buildings totaling 1.1 million square feet on 64 acres of land.
