A loader equipped with a demolition bucket on a heavy industrial project is the life-blood of the site, when the loader goes down, the site comes to a screeching halt. it is very difficult to outline the benefits in words to people without experience around a demo loader. but I can say with confidence, once you've seen the productivity first hand, you'll never think of doing a large job without one. I've run Pemberton, Cat/Balderson, Dymax, and Rockland Demolition buckets. the Pemberton being the best of the bunch out of the gate in my opinion, good strength to weight ratio, clamping force, and capacity/holding ability for loose material.
