I do a lot of underwater demolition on ships, piers, bridges, etc. and have a pretty good inventory of demolition equipment including a self-jetting concrete pile cutter, Exothermic cutting equipment, diamond cable cutters, lifting equipment, etc. I am always interested in joint-ventures.

I don’t find any electric tools designed for underwater use. Hydraulic tools in general seem to be marketed largely to the railroad industry, but a third-party company called Steffen Inc. has modified a hydraulic tool — the Stanley Hydraulics SK58 sinker drill pictured on the left — and marketed it as an “underwater” tool. It’ll drill holes 3″ in diameter and many feet deep, a good size for blasting, in stone and concrete.

Never had to use those tools until now but interesting to know where to get them if needed.

I was still in high school when all that went down but I do remember that Wilson's actions significantly damaged what credibility the CIA had left. If I remeber correctly he was also "false-flag" recruiting "operatives" around the world by implying he was still with the CIA.

Thanks for that link, the only underwater gear I have ever needed was my Broco torch, but you never know when you might have to go deep!
