Terex Finlay will use the bauma tradeshow in Munich in April for the formal launch of its new C-1540P cone crusher, currently in prototype, to allow the company to offer its customers what it says will be total solutions for their crushing requirements.

The new machine will be available in three configurations. The basic C-1540 will come with feed conveyor, rapid set-up time, high reduction rate, high output capacity and an advanced electronic control. The C-1540P will in addition feature a selectable pre-screen facility, cone chamber and discharge on track chassis. The third configuration, the C-1540RS, will also have a 12 ft (3.6 m) by 5 ft (1.5 m) double deck screen and a recirculatory conveyor.

The show will also be used by the company for the debut of its new I-1310RS impact crusher, the single crushing, screening and stockpiling unit on one chassis. It consists of a heavy duty vibrating grizzly feeder with integrated pre-screening and under-crushing vibratory feeder to prevent belt damage and incorporates a 12 ft by 5 ft screen that feeds oversized material back to the hopper via a recirculating conveyor.
