fundamental fall protection has announced the launch of two new products to their
range. The new products include a NEW harness and a NEW self retracting lifeline
(SRL).
The NEW AB119/2AU was created due to market demand for a frontal attachment
point on our recently released tower workers harness. The full body harness is
ideal for use in linesman/tower work, and industries where a harness must be
used for climbing, suspension, positioning or rescue where a frontal fall arrest
rated attachment point may required.
The new harness features: frontal fall arrest rated D-ring; dorsal fall arrest rated
D-ring with integral dorsal extension; confined space access loops; wide padded
back pad; work positioning buttock seat; pole/restraint side O-rings; fully
adjustable leg, shoulder, waist and chest straps; sewn-in tool loops. The new
model complements the existing PROTECTA harness range offering a wide choice
of harnesses for every possible working environment.
The NEW AD120BR Self Retracting lifeline is a new addition to the Rebel range of
fall arrestors. The new model was created due to overwhelming customer demand
for a lightweight 6m SRL based on the highly popular 3.3m Rebel. The new 6m
Rebel SRL is the industry's most compact, lightweight and affordable fall arrestor
without compromising performance or safety. Its rugged extruded aluminum
housing can withstand rough use, yet weighs only 2.3kg. A special thin webbing
enables a compact size that is easy to use.
Employers can now economically utilize a versatile 6m SRL to protect their
workers when at height. Additionally, the extended length of the new model
enhances worker productivity by allowing them to move around more freely
without the need for frequent re-connection. The new AD120BR complements the
existing Rebel range that includes a compact 3.3m webbing and cable model.
