Thanks for the link, it helped a great deal. With the online parts book, it only made me realize that I do have a couple of components lacking with my crusher. Komatsu Philippines is not of great help here, they said to contact the vendor where I bought the equipment when asking for support. What it only means is they can't help me with tech support 'coz I did not purchase a brand new unit from them or from their dealers. Jeez.
I did find a parts catalog online they may get you in the started in right direction: Komatsu parts catalogue, komatsu parts book, komatsu parts search, komatsu parts numbers, komatsu parts database
I know its a older machine, but have tried contacting Komatsu at all?
Hi guys,
I recently purchased a Komatsu BR200J Mobile Crusher from an auction house. It came dismantled and disassembled. Looking at various pics available on the net, it seems I have all the necessary parts, if not most of it. I had the main crusher part tested already and it seems to be working fine. I can't however put together the conveyor system and the hydraulics that needs to turn the driven conveyor. Does any one here has a manual or a field assembly manual on how to put these things together?
