Demolition, removal, safe transportation of building materials and other structures and clean up of property located at 619 W Spruce Street, Rawlins, Wyoming (actual legal descriptions are attached to the agreement). Work to include removal of all litter, nuisance and dangerous conditions on the property including all building structures and materials. Bid price shall include the removal of asbestos materials and safe transportation to an authorized asbestos landfill facility. Upon completion of the project, Contractor will level the property with fill dirt in compliance with State Statutes and City Ordinances. A mandatory walk through of the demolition site with city personnel will be arranged after the bid award and final inspection will be performed upon project completion. Bids due 01/03/13
