Women's Center Mother/Child Program Building Remodel, in Lusk, Niobrara County, Wyoming. Project Description: 1. Renovation of an existing building, on the grounds of the Wyoming Department of Corrections, Wyoming Women's Center, in Lusk, Niobrara County, Wyoming, into a Mother/Child Program Building. The Work involved will include selective demolition of portions of the existing building, to include removal of portions of existing concrete floor, removal of wood framed walls, ceilings, windows and doors, removal of roofing materials, removal of mechanical and electrical equipment and materials and systems, removal of some site items and other miscellaneous work in preparation of remodeling the building. 2. Remodeling work to include constructing building foundation elements, pouring concrete floor slabs, constructing wood frame walls, installing mechanical systems and equipment (connecting to an existing boiler in an adjacent building), installing electrical wiring, lighting and systems, installation of roofing materials and rooftop equipment, installing gypsum board materials, ceiling systems, millwork, doors and frames, door hardware, aluminum entrance system, painting, carpeting, specialized flooring, and other miscellaneous related work for a complete remodeling of the building. There will be site work involving playground equipment, paving, landscaping, specialized fencing and minor earthwork.
