Laramie: (RFP) Engineering Education and Research Building Site Clearing/Demolition, University of Wyoming. The Owner invites lump sum bids as follows and as hereinafter described: Lump sum bid for providing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to perform all work to complete the project as shown on the Drawings and as outlined in the Specifications: ENGINEERING EDUCATION AND RESEARCH BUILDING SITE CLEARING /DEMOLITION. The scope of work to be conducted on an approximately 81,000 SF area at the city block bounded by Bradley St. to the north, Lewis St. to the south, 12th St. to the east and 11th St. to the west includes, but is not limited to: installation of construction fencing, demolition and removal of existing above- and below-grade structures, removal and relocation of existing site utilities, rough grading of site, implementation and maintenance of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) measures. The work shall commence upon receipt of a written "Notice to Proceed." All work shall be Substantially Complete by August 19, 201
