Laramie: Demolition of the Old Laramie High school; Project Description: The Board of Trustees, Albany County School District No. 1 (the Owner) is receiving lump sum sealed proposals for the demolition of Old Laramie High School. The work consists of demolition of the modular buildings, 2 story school building, selected site demolition and earthwork in Laramie, Wyoming. The existing auxiliary gymnasium along with selected site features will be protected from damage during demolition and earthwork activities and retained. Portions of the existing auxiliary gymnasium will be covered with a new EIFS system. The work is to be awarded under a single general contract
