The buildings to be demolished include (aprox SF): Middle School (20,000 SF), Old Gym (8,000 SF), High School (7,000 SF), Maintenance (6,000 SF) and Gymnasium (16,000 SF). The site the buildings to be demolished is sitting on is approximately 3 acres total. The Project includes the removal of vegetation, equipment, and debris from the Site and all materials and equipment, services and construction inherent to the Work.
