The work generally consists of the demolition of the existing elementary school building, the removal of mobile units, removal of all hardscape on the site including concrete sidewalks, asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, trees and other amenities as shown in the construction drawings. The work also includes capping and the removal of a portion of the utilities, sawcut and repair Stocktrail Avenue to cap water service line, and regrading and restoration of disturbed project areas for a complete project. The Contractor shall be responsible for removing all demolished items from the site and proper disposal of items. Contractor shall be responsible for material and labor for capping and removal of designated service lines.
