All Labor, Equipment and Material required to complete the demolition of the St. Marys High School located in St. Marys, WV. All work is to be completed in accordance with the contract documents. The Work will be substantially completed within 60 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 75 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $750.00 per day.
