Building Demolition Contract 2. The demolition of approximately 9 structures within the city limits of Mount Hope. There will also be 4 additive alternates consisting of 2 residential structures, 1 storefront building and 1 school building (3 Stories). The Work will be substantially completed within 60 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 75 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
