The approximate quantities of work to be bid upon are described as follows: Two (2) New 530,000 Gallon Water Storage Tanks w/Concrete Foundations for the Tower Hill Tank Site (Welded Steel, Glass Lined Bolted Steel or Precast, Post-Tensioned, Concrete Tanks with Concrete Tank Base Slabs - Circular), One (1) New Valve Vault for the Tower Hill Tanks (Including Piping, Valves, and Drainage), Demolish and Removal of Existing 1,000,000 Gallon Tower Hill Water Storage Tank and Foundation, One (1) New 183,000 Gallon Water Storage Tank w/Concrete Foundation for the Idamay Tank Site (Welded Steel, Glass Lined Bolted Steel or Precast, Post-Tensioned, Concrete Tanks with Concrete Tank Base Slabs - Circular), One (1) New Valve Vault for the Idamay Tank (Including Piping, Valves, and Drainage). Work includes all site improvements, fencing, access road repairs, reclamation of disturbed areas, and necessary appurtenances. The Work will be substantially completed within 270 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 300 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000.00 per day.
