Demolition and Restoration of Structures under the Emergency Watershed Protection Program. The project consists of the demolition of structures on five (5) properties (Roberts, Dalton, Evans, J. England and D. England) located in McDowell County in southern West Virginia. The structures are to be removed in their entirety, stream bank protection is to be installed and disturbed areas are to be graded and seeded to provide positive drainage and vegetative cover. This contract will contain one (1) Bid Schedule. Major items of work for the Bid Schedule include Mobilization and Demobilization 1 Lump Sum; Rock Riprap 840 Tons; Gabion Baskets 85 Cubic Yards; General Demolition Removal 300 Tons; and Construction Rubble Disposal and Site Grading Lump Sum. The estimated price range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Bids due 09/18
