Asbestos Abatement Contractors to properly remove and dispose of any and all asbestos and asbestos-containing materials from seven (7) private dwellings in Charmco and Ronceverte vicinities. Said dwellings have been purchased by the Greenbrier County Commission through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, funded by FEMA and the West Virginia Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, and are scheduled to be torn down. In addition, the Greenbrier County Commission is seeking sealed bids on the demolition of the seven (7) structures involved in the buyout, the removal of all debris resulting from said demolition, and landscaping following the demolition. Asbestos Abatement Contractors wishing to bid on both the abatement and demolition are requested to submit separate bids. General contractors not certified in asbestos abatement should only bid on the demolition, debris removal and landscaping Bids due 04/24
