Housing Authority of Logan County: Demolition package. The project consists of a demolition package for the complete removal of existing residential structures as well as some commercial structures. Any hazardous material removal is included in this scope of work to include all inspections. The owner estimates they have approximately 100 structures to be demolished. Total amount is based solely on budget available. All project sites will be located in Logan County. Contract time period will be two (2) years from notice to proceed and will be renewed annually.
