Doddridge County Public Library: Center Point Library Addition and partial renovation of existing library building. Project includes exterior and interior work on the existing building, which consists of demolition and removal of pavement, structures and vegetation, and other materials to provide for grade-level construction of the addition and partial parking lot repairs; to construct a new 28×50 library addition and handicap ramp, including new HVAC, fiber internet connections, gas, electric, telephone and lighting construction and connections; to re-roof the existing library building; to install all finish electrical items; to finish and apply treatment to all walls and floor and to apply vinyl siding to the entire structure as per the bid documents.
