RAZING AND REMOVING BUILDINGS 1. Parcel 2b: One story ware- house building (84,525 SF) with partial mezzanine (approx. 12,600 SF finished office space); Masonry/steel framed structure-Exterior walls; decorative concrete block/ insulated-metal sandwich panels - pitched metal roof - four overhead drive-in doors and seven loading dock-height doors; Concrete foundation-slab floors. Concrete/asphalt access walks, slabs, curbs and steps; Municipal water and sewer disconnect at the mains. Contractor to install 240 feet of 6' chain link fencing to be left in place to secure the storage area North of the 218,000 SF County Fleet Building: 10310 W. Watertown Plank Rd., Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, Milwaukee County, 1060-33-23. 2. Parcel 7: Gas station/ convenience store (2,577 SF masonry structure) no basement, w/ attached metal storage shed (405 SF); Former bait shop/sales office w/ full basement (650 SF); storage shed (264 SF); Concrete/ asphalt access walks, slabs, curbs and steps if applicable. Signs (base and footings): 4' x 8' double faced mounted between two 20' high steel columns and one approx. 40' high 8' x 8' double faced on tapered rectangular steel column. Five single fixture and two double fixture light poles. 28' x 48' 4-column steel/aluminum canopy on concrete footings. Private well, holding tank (8,000 gal) and septic. Final surface finish layer of crushed gravel, stone or concrete (dense grade approximately 3 inches) dust control over removal areas and any areas disturbed by demolition. Leave two driveways blocked to vehicular traffic with sporadic placement of 24-36" diameter landscape-type boulders: 4350 & 4358 State Road 60, Slinger, WI, Washington County Bids due 04/24
