Permit(s) from the City of Shell Lake for such demolition will be provided by the Bank to the successful bidder who will be required to comply with all specifications contained in the permit. Bids should provide for the complete demolition of the existing building and foundation and removal of all debris by transport to a landfill or other repository that legally accepts such residue. Project completion will be required no later than August 15, 2014.
