WisDOT: RAZING AND REMOVING BUILDINGS. REMOVE: Parcel 1: One and a half story (10,851 sq. ft) commercial building with a partial basement (509 sq. ft. unfinished 2,793 finished sq. ft.); Space includes 7 classrooms, 3 offices, kitchen, library and "all purpose" room. Each classroom has at least one restroom and a kitchen outfitted with base and wall cabinets and a sink. Asphalt paved parking lot (approximately 9,100 sq. ft.) with 15 striped parking stalls plus open playground area. Concrete walks (approximately 620 sq. ft) and playground with wood chips (approximately 6,200 sq. ft) and playground equipment that includes play structure, monkey bars, and sand box. Landscaping consists of lawn and deciduous trees and low evergreen shrubs along three sides of building. Miscellaneous fencing, mail-box and post, and any other relevant yard improvements, and any other debris present. Basement walls, floors and footings, if present, must be removed in their entirety and hauled from the site. Asbestos must be removed pursuant to Article 15 of the Special Provisions Bids due 01/29
