Each classroom has at least one restroom and a kitchen outfitted with base and wall cabinets and a sink. Asphalt paved parking lot (approximately 9,100 sq. ft.) with 15 striped parking stalls plus open playground area. Concrete walks (approximately 620 sq. ft) and playground with wood chips (approximately 6,200 sq. ft) and playground equipment that includes play structure, monkey bars, and sand box. Landscaping consists of lawn and deciduous trees and low evergreen shrubs along three sides of building. Miscellaneous fencing, mail-box and post, and any other relevant yard improvements, and any other debris present.
