Lakeland University: TWO NEW RESIDENCE HALLS, WATER TOWER, SERVCE BLDG, AND RELATED INFRASTRUCTURE (Quest Project #7370807). The work shall consist of the construction of two four-story Residence Halls, a one-story Service Building containing primarily electrical switch gear, water treatment equipment and electrical generator, two parking lot expansions, two dumpster enclosures, and associated site work. The work also includes demolition of two two-story Residence Halls, a two-story Service Building, and associated site work. In addition, the work includes construction of a Water Tower, new main line water lines, sanitary sewer, and primary electrical feed. This project is funded by a loan from USDA Rural Development.
