DEMOLITION OF DREGNE RESIDENCE. 532 8th St N & CAMPUS INN 232 6th ST N. LA CROSSE, WISCONSIN. In general, the Project consists of demolition and removal of all debris from a single house located at 532 8th Street North in La Crosse and two (2) buildings at 232 6th ST N known as the Campus Inn. Work shall include removal of structures, slabs, pavement and basement foundations, filling excavations, and disconnection and removal of all utilities as indicated and/or discovered. All asbestos abatement has been completed. 532 8th ST: Backfill building and slab areas and compact with suitable soil to within 6 inches of grade at east property line. Remove soil at entire area of lot, compact sub-base and Install 6 inches of gravel base for parking. Match elevation at perimeter of lot. 232 6th ST N: Fill and compact excavations with suitable soil per specifications, matching surfaces/grade at perimeter of site. Construction waste management will be a requirement for both sites per Section 01 74 19. The 6th ST N site will have some LEED requirements that need to be recorded.
