The work consists of mass building demolition, site work, and earthwork. No pre-bid conference will he held but bidders are encouraged to visit the site to familiarize themselves with the existing buildings and site. The building and site will be available for inspection from 6:00 AM until 3:30 PM on July 1, 2, 3, 5, 8 and 9. Bidders should see the District personnel onsite before inspecting the building.
